Here's what you and your guests need to know.
Do my guests need an app or account?
No. Guests scan your QR code or open your sharing link, then upload from their phone’s browser. Only the host needs a PhotoOra account.
Can guests see all of the photos?
Your host gallery is private. The guest link is for contributing photos and videos, not browsing the gallery. You choose which memories appear on your event’s slideshow.
When can everyone start sharing?
Full guest uploads open 48 hours before your event and close 7 days after. Before that, paid events include 10 successful test uploads in total so you can check your QR link. Deleting test uploads won’t reset the allowance. Failed uploads and retries of the same upload don’t use extra places. Package limits still apply. Late purchases get at least 7 days of uploads from creation.
Can I try it before I buy?
When signup opens, your free test event will last 7 days and include up to 5 photos. No credit card is required. Sales opening soon
What happens to my memories afterward?
Depending on your plan, your private gallery stays available for 6, 12 or 15 months after uploads close. Download your photos and videos before that period ends and keep them forever.
What if my plans change?
If your event date changes, contact support before your original event date and we’ll help update it. If you need to cancel, you can submit a cancellation request. See our cancellation policy for eligibility and any applicable fees.
